    I saw that too. Truly beggared belief.

    Here is a segment from a lost Pinter play- on the subject of a deluded bedsit dwelling ex football manager:

    "Alan" (Taps useless football manager on head with spoon- gets no reponse)
    "ALAN"(still no response as Alan stares blankly into the infinite claret and blue cosmos wibbling about West Ham).
    "YOU ARE NOT FAMOUS ANY MORE FFS!" (Alan breaks down and is sent to a secure unit for his own safety)
