    That Mclaren is going to play Phil Nevill at left back as well you just know it.

    Carson will be in the full squad, Green has been shocking lately.

    Bent is dependent on him being fit this weekend, otherwise David Nugent looks like he's in with a chance

    Taylor (pompey)
    Barry (villa)
    Naylor (celtic)
    Ball (blackburn)

    and McClaren picks a mediocre, 30yr old right back / defensive midfielder to play there. Joke

    It sounds like there are still some concerns over Bent's fitness, so Nugent will step up if Bent fails to make Sunday's game.
