Just got onto this, asolutely fantastic, if match of the day is on in UK, type in match of the day, if soccer saturday is on type in soccer saturday, if ron noades i=on a gold course type in sky sports news... etc....

    Yeah it is mate, also if someone on ESPN for eg. Arsenal vs West Ham then type in Arsenal West Ham Live and will show several links. some are rubbish or will tell you a different site, but is good to watch live games and the quality is usually very good. i have even watched a couple of charlton games(eg.Leeds away) on there also, but depends on whether any channel in the world is covering then it is usually on there

    Watch the Pens (ice hockey) on there every game. Not missed a single one this season - even if it's meant staying up til 7 in the morning (or getting up at 4) when they're on the west coast. The streams on there are usually top notch

    p2p4u.net is much better justin.tv is good if your happy to watch delayed football. You watch it and then find out half an hour before the game ends what the score is.
