Well, number 1 is pretty darn obvious. But, Stuart Balmer had the pleasure of being the 1st Charlton outfield player given the number 1, when the squad numbers were first brought in, many moons ago.
Gritty & Curbs did the numbers alphabetically with the players surnames.0 -
Danny Mills was 44 I think.
