Anyone going today or tomorrow? Fancies?

Been on Bullet train since his Lingfield trial for the Derby, price is crumbling now. A very open race this year now that St Nicholas abbey is out.

For the Oaks today i'm having a bit of Gertrude bell e/w at a aprice. Will have to improve again but looks to be that sort and all the form behind her has been franked.

Derby racecard: Card

Friday selections:

13.40: Mabait 3/1
14.10: Extraterrestial E/W 12/1
14.45: Fame and Glory 10/11
15.25: Antinori 13/2
16.05: Gertrude Bell E/W 14/1
16.50: Mon Cadeux
17.25: Al Farahdi

Mate has a horse running tomorrow at Espom.

Captain Dunne runs in the 3.15 at Epsom on Saturday where there are 19 runners.  He has an OK draw in 10 & will be ridden by Jimmy Fortune.  He is expected to go well & with luck in running could win or at least finish in the first 4.  I don't know his likely price but last year he was 8/1 so something similar or perhaps even a little shorter can be expected

Im taking the bird to Lingfield evening racing tomorrow. Havent been Lingfield since i was a kid, so looking forward to it.
They had a special offer on aswell that if Bullet Train wins the Derby we get our tickets refunded!

I've backed Azmeel e/w @ 16/1 for the derby. Pretty poor derby imo.

Good meeting so far for me - had Bushman in the first race and Vainglory with a place in the second. Fancy Sariska in the Coronation Cup.

You can't look past Jan Vermeer in the Derby really, had a nibble on Buzzword though at 66/1!
