Any good local fetes shows

This summer looking to try to visit any local shows fetes etc always seem
to hear about them too late any lifers got any good tips

    I will be at both. Stone Fete as always used to go to it as a kid, always had a good laugh. Not as big as it used to be but last year was well attended.

    Dartford Festival we treat as a mini-Glastonbury, load up my Mum's shopping trolley with food and booze and park up by the stage for the whole of Saturday and Sunday :-)

    War and Peace show is a cracking day out. This year is the 70th anniversary of Battle of Britain, one of the attractions they will be showing is a live dogfight with a Spitfire and Messerschmitt Bf 109. The main arena is worth seeing just for the mock battles, cover your ears when the tanks fire though. They also have a huge arena with swing/jive bands etc. playing live, not my kind of music really but I loved it last time I was there.
