[cite]Posted By: uncle[/cite][cite]Posted By: SoundAsa£[/cite]Thanks Steve.
And may I say once again....whispering is not at all uncommon on here....there's far more of it goes on than you think.
uncle referred that it was rude...not sure if he said that just for effect...but if anyone whispers me then I treat it with respect...whether I like the content or not is neither here nor there...if someone want's to talk 'man to man' then I'll 'always' respect that and I think others should too.
Not to sure what your problem is but do you want to show me where i reffered to it being rude??? Although when i was a youngster growing up i was always told it was rude to whisper. Still i dont know where i have said that on this thread so please enlighten me.
Sorry uncle, it was someone else that said it, my mistake.0 -
No worries i didn't think it was me and i knew i wasn't drunk :-(0
-
so what is a normal number of whispers?
Is two a day OK? What if you move on the hard stuff of whispered private threads?
If you are on 20 whispers a day do you have a problem?
Does have multiple whisper partners make it worse?
And what if you dealing whispers? Is passing them dangerous?0 -
No one whispers me .......I hate you lot0

in response to AFKA's comment re Jonjo fair play. However I have never whispered anybody asking them to remove a post I don't agree with.

BBC Sport are this evening saying that they understand a deal to Boro is done for a fee in the region of £1.4 mill.0

Buzzing with 1.4 mill to be honest.0

If true, that is a great price. Expected 750 - 800k.0
-
All I want to know is that it's done I'll take anything between 1.2 Million and 100 million quite happily.0
-
£1.5m. good but would suspect that it is so much up front and the rest add ons.0

Yeah i'm thinking that. Just hope its more appearance based and not based on promotion as I think Boro could be set to follow our path of recent times.0 -

We'll have to give them money if boro go down.0 -
lol guiness ... if only we had written that into all our deals recently we'd have had so many rebates for the pile of shit we 've signed0
-
What is his contract situation? Is this coming season his last on this contract?0

Is it on the OS?....0

There is no contact better than the OS! I believe you!0

If this true I hope the club are in a postion to announce a signing that we will all be happy with slightly before or at the time this becomes official. Say Jackson signs tomorrow morning and Bailey leaves at midday0
-
I'd be happy just to see some news on the out of contract players we're trying to keep.
Jackson I don't see us getting, doubt Notts County will let him go for nothing.0 -
But some good news whilst our supposed star man leaves would be good0

But season long loan?0 -
Jackson in to replace Bailey does in my opinion offer some left sided balance and offer us something different.
When he signed as an emergency left back he said he wanted to come back south because his wife was about to give birth.Clearly Jacko and his Missus would want to have their family around them. All the talk at the time was about him coming permanently.
Last summer he was waiting for Charlton to offer a contract , but joined Notts on a three year deal at the last moment . I suspect Notts would let him go cheaply or on a season long loan because there would be no point in holding an unhappy player to a contract especially when it seems that there are genuine personal issues.0 -

Nothing we haven't already heard, SLP mentioning £1.4m fee and Strachan's persistence.0 -
I fancy Boro may be winning this particular tug of war.0
-
Little bit surprised he will be going all the way upto Boro, quite a way and from reading on here I thought he would've stayed local.0
