Why did they bother? 90% of it is a rehash of the AFC Wimbledon report.

With a couple of lines saying Jackson, Doc and the triallists might be involved.

Pointless.

I understand playing triallists but is a bloke released by Hayes & Yeading really going to be good enough ? Or a keeper from Basingstoke ?

Its all about the hit count, they're looking for new sponsors and advertisers for the website remember !

Probably not, same goes for Sawyer who Barnet released. Guess it's just about having a look at a possibility, they fill the gaps until we make more signings. Otherwise we'd be playing another 3/4 u18 players. Occasionally they might impress.

Although in some cases could they be on trial from their clubs. Chris Dickson and Dorian Smith originally played for the reserves while on trial before we signed them.

does it really matter in the bigger scheme of things,.

People are never happy unless they have something to moan about

Actually the Hayes guy, Gulley, was our best player in the 2nd half vs Wimbledon and he wasn't released but was playing without a contract. Google him and several match reports have him as their best player (although they have him as a midfielder) one suggests he is their only player who could make it in the league. He is only 21 and obviously feels he can better himself. I'd rather a good young up and coming player than a has-been on his way down.

You're right - probably best if they don't bother updating the site at all until we get taken over or win the champions league eh!

I mean every league game is similar to the last so no need to report on them.

    Swisdom.......

Or they could update it with a preview of the forthcoming game and not a report of the last match.

thought we might have got some squad news by now. If Doherty, Jackson, McCormack arn't playing it's hardly worth going. Hope that at least to see Bauza play.
