Us and Cardiff going to court?

Just came accross this on Twitter:
#cafc to sue #cardiffcity over unpaid fee for Hudson. Cardiff to counter-sue CAFC under the description of trade act.

Any truth in this?

    They owe us £500,000 that's all I know. As for a counterclaim, sounds like this is some sort of joke as they will need to argue that we sold the player as a striker instead of a defender unless he was permanently injured when he let him go.

    What more could Cardiff want?

    SLP indicated yesterday that we had "sold" this debt to a recovery agent. Men in white vans currently crossing the Severn bridge.
