    Pleased you like the extended highlights. You will no doubt also be pleased that the entire 90 minutes of the AFC Bournemouth match is now available as well on CAFC Player.

    We hope all home games, with live commentary, will be available in this manner this season (extended highlights of a Saturday game by Tuesday-ish, the full match by Friday-ish) thanks to assistance from T2TV and commentators (notably Terry Smith from the Charlton Live team at the first game). Away matches are more difficult, but we're looking into this.

    We're trying very hard to offer additional benefits to CAFC Player this season, and to devote exta resources to the service, with the assistance of supporters, such as these match videos and the Charlton Live radio show on Sunday nights.

    It's worth stressing that no fans contributing in this way are being paid for their efforts, but are merely trying to provide better general coverage of the club for all supporters - a process which will also bring the club more income if more people sign up/subscribe.

    The service is definitely improved on last year's. Gutted I'm not re-subscribing due to lack of money! Will probably re-subscribe again when I've got a job eh.

    gotta back up what mascot is saying

    I was a bit non-plussed with what i got for my money last season

    but as an overseas supporter it is a must purchase

    as such i am delighted by the improvements

    getting the full 90 mins a few days later is a veeeeery nice touch too, by the way

    makes me feel like the 40 quid is now 40 quid well spent...as opposed to 40 quid I am being ripped off for

    ---oh...I really should add that I was having technical difficulty during the game and wrote off to the website of the 'player' people (remember - this is NOT run by the club). They were able to give me technical support via e-mail during teh game. I expected to have to wait for Monday for a reply.

    Again - pleasantly surprised by improvements to player.

    I really recommend it for overseas addicks in particular
