    & that Pearl Harbour 'epic' with Affleck & Beckensale.....dear oh dear oh dear.

    Am watching Dead Mans Shoes by Meadows at the mo. Quite amusing. Am loving the use of the Green & White 2CV by the 'gang'. A real juxtoposition!

    I had one exactly like it. Same year, roof everything.

    King Kong....waste of more than 3 hours at the cinema. The slowest opening hour to a film I've ever seen, even the bits in New York weren't good.

    Also The Hurt Locker. Didn't do it at all for me. I normally like war films too. It tries to build tension, but fails because it's obvious what's going to happen. Couldn't get why Bigelow won Best Director for that
