The audio quality was much improved last night, we have now taken delivery of some new equipment and next Sunday the sound should be even better

The VOXPOP bit was totally unaudible ...

    Hi Riscardo
Voxpop quality should improve now as we have new microphones.
I think its fair to point out that this service has been put together with the equipment the presenters had available, so it has not been perfect, we now have some brand new equipment which as I mentioned previously will enhance the sound quality.

On now, interesting they're positive about Benson's performance (well first half at least). Some on here said he was awful.

We used brand new equipment on Sunday, so very glad it sounded better, nuch easier to produce if you all have the same brand of Mic, helps to balance out the sound levels.

And no its not Peter Garland, we do not have the food budget required!

When will we find out? Hard to provide questions on the night but really handy to be able to get stuff in early, like when you announce next weeks topic this a week and start talking about it, it prompts your own thoughts on the matter.

We are trying to get guests booked in early but logistically its not easy for a number of reasons.

Firstly, its hard for guests sometimes to get along on a Sunday evening with family and other work commitments. Also when players leave Charlton and move onto pastures new, inevitably in some cases they move house and its difficult to keep in touch with them because we sometimes dont have their updated contact details so we have to start a tracing process and try and contact someone who knows them etc and it all takes time.

Another problem is that a lot of desirable former players we have discussed dont live that local such as Sir Clive who lives in Sunderland, however pre recorded interviews are being discussed at this very time and this will give us new opportunities to speak to guests who can not attend on a Sunday evening.

Trust me we have some cracking guest ideas for throughout this season and with the new equipment its all coming together
