Elliot 6 Couldn't be blamed for either goal
Francis 5 Myles Weston skinned him alive in the first half . However , his set plays are quite effective.Lost a mark for the second goal.
Fry 5 Couldn't be blamed for either goal but we looked better when he was replaced.
Fortune 5 Lost a mark for the first goal otherwise ok
Doherty 6 Commanding in the air
Wagstaff 6.5 Well taken goal
Semedo 6 OK but no more
Racon 6 Didn't do anything wrong , but not effective either.
Jackson 6 Good set plays and linked up well with Reid in the second half. Like to see him in cm soon.

Elliot - 6 Did ok. Perhaps unsighted for 2nd goal?
Francis - 4 Gets an extra mark for winning some headers! No drive. Easiest way to win over the fans is put some pace and urgency into his attacking game...especially when we are chasing the game near the end. Looked like a rabbit caught in the headlights at times.
Fry - 5 Had a difficult half.
Fortune 5.5 - Good man marker but has always looked lightweight against direct tactics.
Doherty 6.5 - Stuck to it well and got his usual diet of headers and blocks.
Wagstaff - 4 Gets an extra mark for his well taken goal.
Semedo - 5 For effort rather than substance.
Racon - 6 Did seem to want to get involved.
Jackson - 4.5 Was he any better than Wagstaff or Francis? 2nd half he was ok.
Martin 4 - Shouldn't have been picked up front for this one. Wing maybe but not up front.
Benson 4 - Didn't have a good game but needed a partner. Guess he gets judged on goal attempts.
Subs
Reid - 7.5 Took the game to a tiring Brentford and was a real threat. Great delivery for Wagstaff goal.
Abbott - 7 Physical presence and nous made a difference. Ought to partner Benson or Anyinsah if we're going to play two strikers away from home.
Sodje 6 - Also made a difference with physical presence and drive. Poor shot though when in on goal.0 -

Elliot- 6.5 no chance with either goal, kicking was better aswell.
Francis- 3 awful again, thought he was improving but has gone backwards.
Fry- 6 ok
Fortune- 6 slipped for first but did ok overall, decent in the air.
Doherty- 6 good in the air again
Wagstaff- 5.5 aside from a very good finish, he struggled again to get into the game and despite good work rate- not good enough on the right (maybe through the middle but that's a debate for elsewhere)
Semedo- 6 did ok
Racon- 6.5 so much ability at times, just does not show it enough.
Jackson- 6.5 needs to play in the middle but did alright.
Martin- 5 poor again, early promise fading more and more.
Benson- 5 no service but struggled and the handball was embarassing. For the money we paid, surely we could have got someone better or at least someone who we do not have to adpat our style for.
