Hah - at last - suprisied no one else reacted to this news yet!
I hope we get costs, but doubt it.

Hope Dowie wipes the orange grin off his tarty face too.

Even if this is true we don't get costs as he never took an action against CAFC, just talked about it.
  • That's right Henry, I spotted that as well. The big mouthed twat gobbed off and threatened to "take them to court" in the press despite the fact that we had clearly not breached any law in hiring Dowie (apart from those regarding our sanity) and that any litigation would be between Coach Clueless and Orange Man and nothing to do with us in terms of being the accused party. What an absolute twat.

From instigator to nothing more than witness...what a fickle prick he is.

I am glad it is coming to an end to be honest - I'd rather we had nothing to do with that silly man.

Reminded me a while back when Tango Man was offered 5 inches of press space in the Evening Standard to talk about Dowie and his new role after leaving Charlton - what did he do? just slate off charlton athletic for no reason at all.

Are you casting doubts on the truthfulness of this story Henry? It comes from South London Press which has often been first to these stories and is believed by many to be the "pet" paper which the Addicks use to get the clubs story out.

Apparently club officials are going to be called as witnesses so no doubt he is still trying to embarrass us as much as possible.

Frankly I couldn't give a stuff now about Dowie's reputation but I hope he wins. I would love to see that tangerine tosser squeezed until his pips squeak.

I too am surprised that there's not much comment on this, but then I suppose it's because the prick is so outrageous in his "prickiness" that his backing down was to be expected.

I think that it is wonderful that so few people care what he is up to.
