Could not "support" another team but may favour Arsenal due to the way they play football, have been to The Emirates a few times as a neutral and alway enjoyed the games and of course they originated next to Charlton.

Also have a soft spot for Fulham, imho similar to Charlton in many ways (certainly when we were higher up) and have generally enjoyed trips to Craven Cottage.

Used to go along at watch the Jills at a younger age, so would probably be them or just fund more trips to Florence. Tough call that one.

I'm a big fan of Ajax, who help fuel my enjoyment of football outside of England, and would probably get even more into them if Charlton were to fall from the face of the earth but that said my craving for regular live games would see me drift towards the West Ham fold since almost all my best friends are Hammers.

  • No one. I hate football these days, it's rotten to the core. It's only my love for charlton that keeps me interested in the game.

In years gone by, before I was a twinkle in the eye of my parents, many a fan would support one week at the Valley and the next at the Den, so in the event of the demise of Charlton it would not be unusual for charlton fans who have a long family tradition of supporting to also have links to the Lions
