"Seaford Town v Charlton Athletic XI
Tuesday 19th October
Kick off 7.00pm

To mark the opening of our new 108 seat grandstand, Charlton Athletic have agreed to send a team to play us at the Crouch.

We are unaware at this stage of the make-up of their side but as they no longer have a Reserve team we are hopeful it will be quite a strong side.

Entry is £5.00 for adults, £3.00 for Under 16's & O.A.P'S, £12 for a Family Ticket (2 adults + 2 Children)

We also have free parking available at Seaford Head School."

Should be able to go to this, not far on the train from where I'm working. Closer than going home in fact.

Can't see the address of the ground any where on their site

Didn't realise the level Seaford play at, had a look and they're in Sussex County League Division 2, which would be division 10.

I played a few times at that ground back in the eighties, right proper mudbath it used to be. Playing Division 2 & Division 3 of the Sussex County League for Saltdean United & Peacehaven & Telscombe FC was as good as my career ever got :-(

Can anyone confirm whether or not this will be the smallest 'grandstand' in the world. Ever.

So only a few more years before we play them in the league then.
