    Get spy bot search and destroy and Avast. Run them both and stop downloading dodgy files!

    Malwarebytes. Download, run it, delete everything it finds. If you reboot and still get it, you'll need to use rkill or something similar (but will need to download it from another machine and stick it on a usb stick first as most malware nowadays prevents you from downloading removal tools)

    Unless you mean the condoms, of course - in which, case, just open your wallet and chuck them out
