Thats not a bad set of players at this level yet we look awful. Has to be tactics.
I also think the no reserve team situation is having a bigger effect than Managment realised.

Good point GH. I've been thinking the same myself for a while. Without a proper reserve team (in a competitive league) it will be difficult for any of the players to get used to each other. A proper reserve team would give the whole squad the maximum opportunity to work together.0
