4th qualifying round tomorrow which will lose a lot of teams but still a lot of interesting teams could make it into the 1st round draw with us on Sunday:

Dartford
Ebbsfleet
AFC Wimbledon
Hythe Town
Dover Athletic
Met Police

To name a few, would love Dartford away. something to look forward to on Sunday though. Lets hope ITV avoid us this time round so we can go out quietly!

Eastbourne Borough or Bath City I'd quite fancy. However, I'm fully expecting to get Carlisle away.

Wouldn't want Wimbledon, as they're flying at the moment.

If we get Hythe it'll be moved, Dover is less then an hour away so would be great. Ideally Dartford or Ebbsfleet (prefer Ebbsfleet of those two)

AFC Wimbledon battered us only a couple months ago albeit in a friendly.

    Where do Met Police play?

    Why would hythe be moved?

    Hythe's ground holds about 1500.

As Clem said, the ground is tiny, and Hythe is a massive ball ache to get to at the best of time. they might move it to Folkstone or Dover if they get a big home tie

so the date wont be moved just the ground? Its not hard to get train to folkestone or an hours drive and a lovely weekend away. Sandgate here we come. tho im supposed to be at blackheath fireworks that night so im hoping not.

Our away support is less than that according to ohh ah....

I doubt their home crowds exceed 150-200 either.

It's only 45 minutes from Stratford to Folkstone and Dover, so lets hope we get em!

eh eh eh leave Hythe alone! i live round the corner from their ground.

Hythe has the best pub run leading to the ground. - including a Charlton pub !
My guess is that it would be played at Folkestone. really isn't the easiest ground to get too as Rothko says.

I'm going to Hythe v Staines tomorrow.

Hythe is a piece of piss to get too. Just an hour down the m20 from SE London. Would love to draw them. Isn't there a lifer who has a pub in Hythe?

Thought the rules were now that teams can't switch or move grounds. You have to play at home.

We'll get a League one side, mostly likely MK Dons

Met Police actually play in their own deluxe Met Police sports centre in Surrey, looks like the pitch has stands around it though. What a bizzare away day that would be.

    Eastbourne, Lewes or Crawley please.

Not FC United, they'd beat us and it would be their famous run when they end up playing Man Utd in the 3rd round.

It's been a few seasons since Gillingham knocked us out of the cup.

    Could be due again.

"Thought the rules were now that teams can't switch or move grounds. You have to play at home."

I believe that you can't reverse a fixture solely for financial reasons, but the police can insist on a change of venue on safety grounds whatever the FA say.

It would be interesting if the issue arose with a Met Police fixture . . .

    No, I was just guessing.

Or is that a double bluff?

Would not mind Gills away, purely because of the fact it is so close and have never been so another ground ticked off.

If not- Stevenage, Oxford or Aldershot away.

even Hythe has a better 'away end' than the Jills.

We'd be lucky to get away with a caution draw.
At least they couldn't send us down ; (

no, but they'd probably give the team a battering in the changing room
