1. Seen Luton knock in 7 past us
2. Seen Wrexham knock in 6 past us
3. Seen us score 5 at Bristol C (and draw)
4. Seen us score 5 at Chesterfield and win (5 - 4)
4. Been somewhere really stupid midweek (Grimsby)
5. Millwall in the snow (Bliss)
6. Millwall the floodlight corner
7. Millwall before segregation..keeping very quiet all match but muttering yes when Charlton score and shouting bollocks drowned out by crowd noise when Millwall get the inevitable winner.
8. Half Hour Wait stand
9. Dennis ITLMin
10. Drinking safely in the Boleyn at Charlton upton park 'home' games
11. WBA mud
12. Old WBA with the ball disappearing above the stand every time it went above head height.
13. Pikey kids at Villa charging you to mind your car mister.

15. Going to Orient because it was close (but so Dull)
16. Seeing the game postponed at half time at Orient
17. Orient fans cheering when Les Berry kept passing back to his keeper when losing with 5 minutes to go.

19. Feeling obliged to go again to Boro, Bolton etc cause the bstards got new grounds
20. Prefering pikey 2nd div stadiums to prem ones.
21. Scared stiff at Cardiff
22. Scared stiff at Bristol C
23. Always feeling cocky at Palace
24. Seeing Leaburn do his war dance at Stamford Bridge
25. See Paul Miller score a 3 times deflected goal at Stamford Bridge
26. Mocking Ranieri gonna get sacked in the summer
27. Being one of 10,000 at Wolves in the cup even though we were in div 3.
28. Scared stiff at Molinuex
29. Going to a full members cup game away (alright..thats a lie)

    41. Going to Bronby v Silksborg and joining in all the english chants, despite some being sung for no apparent reason*


    Particularly memorable was "You're not singing any more" sung half way through the second half at the 50 or so away fans who hadn't made a noise at any stage in the game. And nothing had happened to spark this song either, no goals, cards, or anything else or note had happened. All very strange, mind you beer and pizza on the terraces, lovely.

  • 49. staying dry at swindon (1 of about a dozen) that had complimentary tickets in the 2000ish empty seats that were not for sale. laughing at the attempts of the rest of you to keep those plastic mac things on in near gale force winds and watching endless attempts at bribing the stewards to let you in to 'our' seats, whilst i took my coat off and put my feet up ;-)

    50 Being one of the 4000 or so that went to Highbury midweek 2-2 draw the day after we got the first green light on coming back to The Valley and singing 'back to The Valley' for most of the game.

    52. Reading my First copy of Voice of the Valley on the Train up to Nottingham Forest a 2-2 draw with that great (muffles laugh) centre forward of ours Andy Jones heading a late equaliser.

  • 63 (2). also just remembered about the filbert street incident. this was back in the eighties, and when the coins came over the top the charlton fans laughed at the coins on the floor and did harry enfield loadsamoney impressions with their wallets, and started an impromptu "we've got loadsamoney, we've got loadsamoney" singsong.

    64. going to Orient in 78 and standing in the pouring rain only for game to be abandoned at half-time.

    65. Sitting at Brighton with a post blocking view of one goal and by half-time wishing it had blocked the view of the other net, because we'd just let 5 into it.
