Minutes applause before match for Frederic Darras
Darras was signed by Steve McMahon in August 1996 as Swindon embarked on their return to the second tier.
His first season saw him feature as a regular making 39 appearances in all competitions as Town avoided the drop.
The French defenders second and final season began as a regular but as Town struggled Darras found himself out-of-favour, short of fitness and didn't make an appearance after Christmas. He played 55 times for Swindon in all.

In theory then we should (and need to) be able to stop Austin getting any service, as I can't see Doherty in particular handling an on-form, up for it Austin.0 -
