    All correct but you lose half a point for misspelling grammatically. : - )

    On 10 if would have been "he" but is now more likely to be "he or she" or "they" is quicker.

    on 8 as the person has spoken it was them implying. The listener would infer from what was said to them.

    This can be either. Picture the scene. Hysterical wife is in a car with husband holding the map upside down. She screams "You know I can't read ****** maps" He replies "We'll get much farther if we can talk about this rationally."
