What sort of character will Chris look for in a player?

Can't imagine him buying an arrogant, self assured forward like Mcleod. Wonder if he'll be looking for players that are quality characters like himself.

    I think he will have a say, but he may not be the person who initially identifies the targets.

    Was told two defenders to join us next week. Pretty obvious they were targetted before Powell was appointed. But I think he will have the opportunity to veto them if he doesn't like them...
