After nearly two years I've finally got my finger out and booked a meeting.

The meeting will be hosted by David White and our guest speaker is Garry Nelson. I do hope to confirm another guest as well so will work on that (Ed. EDDIE YOUDS ADDED).

The meeting will be held from about 6.30 upstairs in the Griffin Room of Counting House on Cornhill. I will post more details of the venue and times soon.

If you dont know anyone, it really doesnt matter, just come along. Its a very informal meeting and normally a very good night. Please turn up and make sure you bring your drinking shoes as i have a minimum spend to reach!

Please spread the word. I know we have an away game the Friday but I hope that wont effect attendance.

    Cant picture where the meeting room is, is there another floor above the restaurant bit?

    Is there a restaurant bit? Im going to pop in and have a nose, its called the Griffin Room i think. WE have our own bar and looks similar set up to City Tavern (who ask for too much money these days).

    Its on the top and a nice room. Had many a party there. Will also be better for london bridge, fenchurch st and liverpool st

    No you do not young man. It's a central venue for our east, north, south and west London fans. Looking forward to a good turn out. Think the venue sounds a popular one. Good good.

    Good choice of venue. Fullers Beer and only a few minutes walk from work.

    Ooops. Just looked out of the window to see the palm trees gently swaying under the blue sky and remembered I don't work in the City any more.

    I'll just have to have my own ex-City but now living in Phuket Addicks meeting on the same day. Who can I get for the special guest?
