    Could someone confirm the playoff final dates, i thought it was weekend 20th May, but from that the artical it appears to be around the 28th May?

    I would've preferred Cardiff, the stadium is right in the centre of town and surrounded by loads of bars. Old Trafford is in Manchester.

    more likely to do with Wembleys dodgey pitch being overused, and lower tier 'cloggers' matches can be sacrificed...?

    Wembley's pitch is fine now.

    UEFA rules innit, when we bid for the final it was going to be on the Wednesday, so it wasn't an issue

    you're right cos we were supposed to host it last year anyway but the tax shambles dragged on
