    Oh well can't win 'em all, on the positive side we are still in touch as the other teams stuffed up too (Posh excepted), pity we couldn't have taken advantage of that but the big test for CP is to rally the troops for a response on saturday. Just chalk it up to a bad day at the office and move on.

    Performance sounds pretty much in keeping with what we have served up in the last 4 games to be honest. Other than 30 mins against Peterborough have we really convinced in any of the last 5?.

    Looking at Pool's home record and the teams they have beaten at home, it was always going to be tough. However, this sounds like we haven't really been in the game at all.

    Still, well done everyone on here. Under Parkinson, this thread would have been full of abuse and swear words. Not a single one tonight. That shows the respect in which Powell is held.
