    Yup, will renew but don't expect me to be there every game and suffer if it's shite again.

    Not going this Saturday, just can't face a wasted afternoon. Would rather watch Stelling and the goon show on sky.

    It is quite entertaining when he loses it! He is a longstanding season ticket holder and very supportive and committed to the cause 99% of the time but every so often the balloon goes up as you saw on Tuesday!

    Yep, 1+1 Junior ST.

    The rule is.....if Charlton are playing away at 3pm on Saturday, we go. Although I'm starting to waver on some of the more awkward away trips, after missing Yeovil (nightmare getting to the station from the ground) and the forthcoming game at Oldham (bus from Manchester City Centre, did it last year for the last game, might swerve it this year).

    yes, i'll be renewing again regardless. My eldest is also a season ticket holder now (got a half season ticket at xmas) - the younger one's proving a bit more sensible but i'll reel him in in the next year or so as well. Just need a half decent home performance and atmosphere to help sway it but timing his visits with one of those isn't proving easy!

    25% i renew cos its my (painful) duty.
    25% i renew cos its the only regular contact i have with a circle of friends.
    50% i try to improve my golf handicap on saturdays and see how much i miss it.

    Really am in two minds for the first time in a very long time. Feel like I need to have a break for a while and right now the only reason I'm going is cos I have a season ticket not because I really want to go.

    The fact that I have to focus my time and money on my twins is also making me have second thoughts as well though the Mrs reckons I should get one still if not just for getting away for a couple of hours a fortnight

    now i don't play football any more the only other thing worth doing on a saturday afternoon is going to watch football. Can't understand what other blokes do on a Saturday afternoon. Shopping at Bluewater?, DIY? or other wife pleasing activities? If the Valley experience ever becomes bad enough to drive me into any of them spineless activities then i'll know it really is bad. It actually surprises me the lack of moaning and abuse at the ground - football has always been a place to vent off a bit and the sensitivity of some on here makes me wonder if they wouldn't be better off in M&S picking out a nice lampshade anyway.
