Nothing has arrived for my lad yet, and postie came today.

Racon was supposed to deliver mine, but he held it in his right hand, then left hand, then stopped to think about it - and in a flash it was gone !

    No nothing.
  • I only got just over half of my pack. I phoned up the sorting office and asked where the hell the other 49% was but they told me it was a secret.

Racon was delivering mine, but after appearing at my front gate, he executed a meaningless step-over, wandered off and obviously couldn't be arsed to return to his original position. I think he was expecting Semedo to cover the delivery. However, still classy in the way he approached the front gate... apparently.

Kelly Youga was going to deliver mine. Then things changed and Johnnie Jackson was chosen. Matt Fry then stepped in on delivery duties, until Federico Bessone was chosen. However at the last minute he was replaced by Carl Jenkinson. Whether or not he will get it delivered by the end of the season remains a mystery.

  • Andy D'urso was going to deliver mine but decided that part of my garden path was unsafe for one of his assistants.

Anyinsah was meant to be delivering mine, but apparently it was too much for him and he's back on the treatment table.
(He now puts in a reservation for 16.30 if he is selected to play).
  • Nope. Paul Benson tried to deliver mine but mananged to put it 6 inches wide of the letterbox

I think the quality of this thread shows that CL is as strong as ever.

Don't know how many times we've done this before but still some classics.

not had mine, I heard Andy Carroll was bringing mine but he's not allowed south of Manchester without Kevin Nolan and he's busy.
  • Alan Curbishley was going to bring mine but he's still in floods of tears after coming back to the Valley for the Exeter game.

Phil Parkinson was going to deliver mine, but he lost his job. The old van they gave him kept breaking down but some neighbours complained that it was his poor driving.

Chris Powell's now on his way, they've given the van a new coat of paint and a couple of new tyres but it really needs a new engine. Or ideally they should get him a brand new van...

Kyel Reid delivered mine perfectly last year, and he was supposed to deliver it again this year, but couldn't be bothered.

JT I can't stop laughing at that unfortunate dog *one last look*

My area's been blighted by poor posties for a while we had this right arrogant one for a while. Eventually they got rid of him and his assistant took over but he continually failed to deliver and the service in our area was eventually downgraded. He had a very promising van, but for some reason didn't think it worked well enough - I've heard that it's now being used to good effect in Europe. The new postmaster got rid of him recently, but a lot of my neighbours reckon he should be made a saint, for some reason.
