Adding BBC London to your Sky box

For those that haven't seen this... how to add BBC London if you don't live in the London area... for those that do, it's channel 0152

Press 'Services'
Press 4
Press 4
Enter the following:
Frequency 11.953
Polarisation H
Symbol rate 27.5
FEC 2/3
Then press the search button. Should then get a list. Select BBC London and hit the yellow button to store...

You then access the channel by going to Services, Other Channels, and then selecting BBC London....

    they flippin well should do, what with all the other rubbish bbc radio channels!

    Anyone got any idea how I add ITV 1 West to my menu? Out here on the edge of the footprint we lose all other ITV 1 broadcasts when it rains, but west is the strongest and stays okay...
