I think we're crackers to try this lad! Will he be perched on the bench or flying straight into the starting line up?

I expect he will have a quiet start and then come out of his shell and fly down the wing.
Pity Jimmy Seed is not around to feed him the ball.
  • i dont know about young parrett but our midfield definitely needs improving, also pleased to see Frank Nouble coming in to bolster the striking department, Our squad at present is the worst i have seen in 38 years of supporting Charlton. Lets hope Powell has got the ability and backing to turn this mess around and that these two new recruits are the start of the fight back. COYR

Great - looks a good signing, in a position we've been crying out for. Together with Nouble could really make a difference. Unfortunately ITS TOO F***ING LATE!

Dean Parrett looks like a very good prospect, but I would say he hasn't developed at the kind of pace I was hoping for when he first signed for us.

A spell with Charlton Athletic might be just the thing to get his career back on course.

Here are his full career details to date...

That should see him keep his place on our bench...

Always surprises me that Spurs have players like Parrett and Obika hanging around for so long, when it's 99% assured that they're never going to get near the first team on a regular basis.

I think this lad can play a bit but he might have to go down to get back up (ala Lawrie Wilson). He's too good not to be regular for someone in Div 1 or better.
