Missing DVD's

Bought the "Telly Addicks" DVD in the club shop before the Spurs match last Monday, but when I came home and opened the case it was empty :-(
I think the guy behind the counter just forgot to put the DVD's in (he was too busy chatting up his female colleague).
Sent an email to the club shop and I think they will send me a new one?

    Had that once with a CD in Woolworths. Took it back and they replaced it no hassle. Good Luck mate.

    Once bought Meaty Beaty Big & Bouncy (The Who) LP. When I got it home it had Who Came First in it. I liked this album and decided to keep it. Went out some time later and bought a correct version of Meaty B B & B

    they must have given you the cpfc trophy case version by mistake...
