    Elliot 6
Solly 6 (just an ordinary solid right-back but we havn't seen one for a very long while)
    Dailly 7 (Beckenbauer of SE7?)
Llera 5.5 (Heart like a dustbin lid but El Donko scares me to death everytime he plays)
    Bessone 6
    Wagstaff 6
    Semedo 7
Parrett 6.5 (at last, someone who knows how to take a corner)
Racon 6 (brilliant touches of class but defensive liability at LM- needs a free role behind the front two when Jacko returns)
Wright Phillips 7.5 (sponsor him to sleep with your Mrs. too to avoid him leaving close season)
Benson 7.5 (shut up his critics (me) and good combo with BWP)

n/a Stewart (agree with everyone else that he looked good)
    n/a Eccleston
    n/a Nouble

[cite]Posted By: boogica[/cite]to bedsaddick i dont know if you are f--king about but id be quite happy to meet you and let you call me a brown noser to my face mate .

never been a brown noser but i know NSS hasnt got many pals only joking mate, but im one of em and a f--king brown noser i aint.

solly gets 10 because he is home grown talent and he plays with passion ie his crunching tackle in the 1st half was superb the rest of em should try it.

I take that back. Your a brown noser with no sense of humour.

Solly 6.5 Got better as game went on
    Dailly 6.5
    Llera 7
    Bessone 6
    Wagstaff 6.5 See Solly
Semedo 8 Goal was just the bonus his much better performance deserved
Parrett 7 Another who grew into the game. Brave enough to take the game to O's after the break and I thought we might miss him when subbed but Stewart did well too
Racon 7 No denying his energy and will but still so often makes the wrong decision at a vital time. Can't fault recent efforts though.
Wright Phillips 6.5 Anyone close to a goal a game's fine by me. Jumps well for his size too
Benson 6.5 Still feel he'll score plenty if given the right service

Thought Stewart did v well; nice and composed on the ball during his little cameo

Elliot - 5 - Was a 3 in the first half, a 7 in the second, so that's his average.
Solly - 6- Not joining the love in here, his passing is as wayward as Francis' and he doesn't offer a lot when going forwards
Dailly - 6.5 - He looks like he has lost his legs, but still gets there with decent challenges and crucial interceptions.
Llera - 7 - A proper outlet when we are looking for people to pass to, hasn't made any howlers yet, and fingers crossed they are a thing of the past.
Bessone - 6 - Nothing amazing, can pass, tackle, mark, cross and run, averagely well, all you need in a left back
Wagstaff - 5 - Another disappointing game, drifts in and out too much, doesn't look up enough when he has the ball and starts his runs from too deep so he isn't effective enough on the counter
Semedo - 7.5 - Don't care if he doesn't do it enough, he scored at the covered end to ensure all 3 points and, as ever, broke up the play and distributed the ball
Parrett - 6.5 - He's a good little passer and has some skill in him, but needs to bulk up more. At fault for the goal, played the player onside.
Racon - 8.5 MOM - Anyone who thinks he does nothing is blinded by their own stupidity, when he is on form (like in the second half) he is better than 99% of league 1 players, he has pace, skill, vision, a good shot on him, can tackle, has a good understanding with Semedo and fills in for when people go missing
Wright-Phillips - 7 - Equally frustrating and amazing, has flashes of brilliance, is a great finisher and cool as a cucumber, but there are times when he sulks, or doesn't seem to bother chasing things down. Could be the injury, could be his nature, but his goals are very welcome all the same
Benson - 8 - Well taken goal, creates a problem for defences as he's tall but more of a touch player than a target man. Chases everything and forces mistakes, and is strong in the air too. If he wasn't suspended for 7 of our games this season, we would be much closer to 6th than we are now IMO

Joe Reed/Reedy7 said :- "Racon 5 - I don't know how he gets in the team. Very poor first half, with a slightly better second. Not good enough, give Reid a run of games"

Now it's your opinion, so you can't be wrong, but it did make me laugh that you were pretty much, on your own on this one & you want Reid back in.
Is there any link between your name, your love of Reid and your poor rating of Racon's performance ?

    Tee hee

Francis is a better prospect than people give him credit for - wish people would give him a break - needs a bit of confidence which he probably wont get here but if some fans could be reasonable we could see the benefits rather than somebody else.

@ Covered End - Thanks for the reply. I just really don't see any talent at all in either Racon or Semedo, but I appreciate the effort and passion brings to the team and like Wagstaff, I think he is someone who really gets the crowd going or at least has the ability to.

In regards to the Racon/Reid issue, I think I like Reid as I've watched him many times for West Ham, as well as Barnsley, Sheffield UTD and of course Charlton, and I really believe he has something slightly different/better than I've seen anyone else produce. I do believe he is a cofidence player who needs to be told at the start of the season " you're my left sided midfielder for the season, go out and do what you do best" or something along those lines. Also I hate to see good homegrown talent wasted and I believe Kyle Reid sitting on the bench is just that. I would confidently go to say that Reid is at very least a Championship player.

I hope I have answered your question without offending.

Before the season started I would possibly have had Reid down as my favourite player & possibly our most important one. However, for whatever reason he just hasn't performed at all well. Our results picked up when Jackson got moved from LB to LM replacing Reid & appearing to give us better balance. Reid has had a few opportunities since & just not performed at all well.
As for Racon he too can play very well at times, but also not often enough.
They are both capable of being influential in this division, but neither have performed consistently.
However, on Saturday Racon did have a very good game & I'm not a fan.
    Nice talking.

I would question whether Reid has actually been given much chance to shine , especially since Powell took over. 10 or 15 minutes at the end of a game is hardly the platform. Personally i would have Reid in the side ahead of Wagstaff every time.

    JESUS !!!!!!!

I don't like BWP. I love his goals, and I am glad we have him at the club. I don't like his body language and I don't like his surly attitude. I HOPE THAT'S OK........................??? I am used to Bent, Mendonca and Hales, not this prancing twat. Just don't like him.

Don't have a go at me, have a go at the bloke who gave Racon a 5, he should be banned .......
