Running for Charity on Sunday (in Charlton shirt!)

I am doing a 5 k Fun-Run on Sunday morning at 10.00am in Norman Park, Bromley. If anyone would like to make a donation, the charity I am supporting is Motor Neurone Disease Association (MND), in appreciation of Solar Radio presenter Paul Stenning, who contracted this debilitating disease just one year ago, and is now confined to a wheelchair and needs 24-hour assistance.
