On our last appearance on MOTD for the foreseeable we get the bloody bird commentating!

    No. She's just crap.
    I said "the" bloody bird not "a" bloody bird. Her name is Jackie Oakley and she's been pushing her way on all season. I would be just as upset if we had Alan BLoody Green.
    I am not against women in sports TV. I think Sue Barker, Gabby Yorath and Clare Balding are all excellent.

    If you are asserting that "she's just crap", then you should write her and offer suggestions as to how she can improve. Perhaps offer to meet with her for the purpose of tuition. Otherwise you are being elitist in implying that only competent people should attempt commentary. By offering advice, you're helping to empower, not oppress.

    Like the one who sat near me and kept up a constant stream of total and utter no football knowledge bollocks from start to finish. I don't mind that she doesn't understand the game, I couldn't give a flying f*ck what her views are, what I object to is that I have to listen to it! Mind you, to be evenly non sexist about this ,there's bloke who sits near me in the East Stand who talks incessantly in a loud voice like the worst football pundit in the world. God he irritates me with his homespun theories on the game. I ought to introduce these two, they're made for one another. End of rant.

    Sorry type! I do fancy Gabby, in fact I love her. I have never seen Ms Oakley. But I maintain she is crap.

    No they are not. I cannot stand Motty. I like Jonathan Pearce. I didn't used to in his Capital Gold days but he has grown on me.

    but she drove me mad with the Zheng "china captain" abotu 10 bloody times. i didn't think she was that bad as a whole to be fair just need to get used to it.
