Alan Shearer is heading to London to hold talks with Charlton Athletic. The Charlton board are not keen on keeping Chris Powell past this season and want Shearer to become their manager. Shearer feels he has the resources to take 'The Addicks' up a division then maybe in a few years, take them back to the Premier League. Shearer will sign a two year deal with an option of two further years.0

Sorry ! Shearer could'nt manage a fish supper - stick to punditry Alan , with criminally high pay and a script of 5 sentences - with no responsibility or accountability . You can waffle as much as you like with Burley and the rest and the world will take absolutely no notice whatsoever , it's a no brainer .

Charlton will get many offers for bwp and will only sell at the right price 1million or above as the club is now stable and looking to go forward, ins: cody mcdonald, andy reid wants to regain first team football and fitness and wants to do it at charlton.
