Finally an overseas trip for intrepid Addicks fans to enjoy as part of the build up to the 2011/12 season.
For strange scheduling reasons that we at Preview Towers will not even pretend to understand FC Warsaw still have competitive games to play while we're already playing meaningless friendlies. A win could help secure Warsaw's place in the II Liga (Regional league West) for another year.
Little is known about this obscure Polish side but their players are all bound to score a lot in scrabble.
The 20 new super signings have yet to have their paperwork completed by the Football League and so are unable to play.
Consequently Charlton are likely to give run outs to a few players desperately looking to extend their flagging football careers and some youngsters keen to begin theirs.
Someone might get sent off and Charlton will win 2 - 1.
