Haha reckon he could do a decent job. On the bench for Forest today against Palace. Palace fans just unfurled a banner saying 'heartbeat of south London' ....bless

Just been on  the phone to my friend from Birmingham!......

"Biggest waste of space to  occupy a blues shirt over the past 30 years!....... and we have had our share of  piss poor players!"........he claimed.

With affectionate, 'references' like that etc!........

I don't know but I'll give any signing a chance. Last summer most of us thought Reid and Doherty were great signings, and in December when we were linked with BWP some were saying they didn't want him. More than a few times in the last few years the unknowns have turned out to be decent/good signings and the more exciting names have struggled.

I'd say they're the bloated liver.  Or maybe the ruptured spleen?

Clayton Donaldson would be an excellent signing, only on the basis of the goals he has scored and seeing him on the FLS, looks strong and powerful who scores a variety of goals, the kind of player who would complement BWP well imho, The likes of Cody McDonald and Hoskins are too similar to BWP and we need a different type of striker to play alongside him.

As for Adebola, not been a great goalscorer but did well for Bristol City a couple of years back and think he would be a good player at League 1 level.

Re Clayton Donaldson, News Of The Screws yesterday stated that he's out of contract this summer. Dario Gradi was quoted as saying that he doesn't expect him to be there next season. I know nothing about him other than his goalscoring record, although that alone suggests that he's good enough to bring in on a free.
