under 2s at the Valley...do they need a seat?

Hi,

I have 4 season tickets but am planning to bring my youngest today too.  He's two but doesn't have a ticket, could we get him in on our laps or do all fans need a seat.

    unless it's changed since I went with my babies yes you do need a seat, health and safety regulations and fire safety (headcounting).

    ok, thanks.  I won't just pitch up with him then.  probably a bad idea anyway, lol
