    Just seen this myself 15 minutes ago... I follow practically every leading football journo in the UK plus the leading european ones (as sad as I am)... not a peep from any of them.

    11pm press conference apparently....seems very odd timing? Not sure if i believe it, but will wait and see

    Just as Capello realises Bent and Parker are good enough and better than some of the dross he has selected instead before.

    Ok it looks like rubbish. The FA's 11pm announcment was to announce an appointment in the Lord Trieseman case. So whoever started that rumour has successfully make the whole twitter world go crazy.

    Capello wouldn't resign, he can wait 12 months collect his money and leave.

    If FA sack him they pay him off £5m or whatever it is he is getting paid.
