As far as I'm aware, if you finish in the bottom half of League one, you are not seeded for the 1st round draw. Meaning;

We can play any of the top half of League one OR any team bar 18th & 19th of this years Prem, from The Championship.

Well it beats going out to the likes of Hereford or Shrewsbury!  Bring on a Tuesday night at Upton Park or Selhurst!

    I thought they just randomly changed the between teams each year didn't think it was based on top or bottom half.

    The only week of the season that I am unavoidably out of the country for so I will suggest now that we will get a quality away trip at Upton or Selhurst as BR7 suggests above that will be the season's highlight and I won't be bloody going!

    The Carling Cup will be won by a Prem side next season. I see no reason why it shouldn't be us, other than we're not in the Prem..............
