Haven't been to Welling for years but am thinking of taking my son there for his first "away" game.

I can't remember the layout of the place - is there only one way in? Didn't there used to be an entrance from the park?

don't think there was an entrance in the park, but theres an entrance in either corner at the road end

Cheers ads. Yeah, I meant "one way in" as in from Park View Rd.

There was definitely a gate into the park - remember the ball boys using it during one of our reserve games years back to get back the balls that our forwards were blasting into the park! May not have been an entrance though.

Only ever remember then using the Park gate for the Blackburn game, possibly the Gillingham replay.

    Won't sell out.

By half 3 today, they'd sold nigh on 1000 tickets. Reckon they'll be a lot who'll buy on the day though, Welling think they'll get 2000 but if the weather's nice think there could be a fair few more.

Think this will be the biggest gate for this fixture for a long while

You'll get in, but there will probably be a queue building up by then.
