If you saw the game against Tranmere this should not come as a surprise. The ref must have blown up at least a dozen times because there was more than one ball on the pitch. He even went over and had a word with the bench on two occasions!

    Mainly because of idiotic fans.

Purely and simply because of thick people in the crowd.

Yes but I do seem to recall Les Parry and his coaching staff kicking additional balls onto the pitch on a couple of occasions during that match. Cheats.

    Our ball boys are useless.

idiots in the crowd who throw the balls back on, plus our ball boys hardly seem to know what they are supposed to be doing.

Tranmere came to do a job  - blaming people in the East Stand is hardly fair.

IF the ball goes into the crowd you don t take it home  -  equally  lobbing it into the middle of the pitch while the game is going on is none too clever.

From the 2nd minute Warner was wasting time ....... i know coz i chkd the clock and cudnt believe what i was seeing.

actually that goes for a lot of the season come to think of it........

Great news. This was one of my pet hates. The amount of time wasted, when there was more than one ball on the pitch really p*ssed me off !

Yes ,apart from anything else it gives fans better value for money if done correctly but you need sharp well trained ball boys and non juvenile elements in the crowd which last season showed we lacked.

I saw one idiot head it back on to the pitch and then turn around to soak up the applause. I don't think he got the reaction he was after.
