Its ridiculously reminiscent of last seasons. Sheff Wed away on the same weekend, hartlepool home on the last day, bournemouth first day. lots of other fixtures at similar stages of the season too.

Last 5 away games = Scunthorpe, Hudds, Oldham, Carlisle, Preston.

That is a tough old end to the season given how poor we are away and our low followings.

Also MK Dons at home on Valentines Day - Feb 14th.  What sort of masochistic idiot plans football matches on Valentines night...there are plenty of other Tuesday nights! It'll end in tears....

Yeovil away on BD is ridiculous.

I can see us bringing 50 tops.

I had only 2 requests Bournemouth away on in the the first or last couple of months of the season and Wycombe on the Saturday, Very annoying.

Dont worry about Yeovil on boxing day it will probably be called off anyway.

It is a stupid fixture.  Has really pissed me off that.  its a 3 hour journey in the car. There will be no trains either.  My favourite fixture and was going to organise a CLIT for it for you all.

Of course, then re-arranged for a wet & windy Wednesday night in February.

    Can't wait.

Carlisle away during the easter holidays is a plus for me. A relaxing holiday in the Lake District with a 7 goal thriller to finish. Perfect.

Boxing Day Yeovil away is OK but not at mid-day.

And clinch promotion, as we always seem to do when we play Carlisle away in April.

Will that make you happy, Uboat?

    ;o)

Let's be realistic here - we'll have clinched it long before then.

Crickey i feel cold thinking about Yeovil away on Boxing day , who had that idea then? why couldn't we have had Brentford or Leyton Orient? i know they're supposed to be computer generated.

Is that easter?  What a good idea Uboat... i was hoping Torquay came up and had an Easter fixture, so that will do.

I know where I'm taking Tavern for his birthday... Oldham!  The lucky sod.
  • Anyone got a link for adding fixtures to Outlook or Google calendar?

I thought I'd be a bright spark and check out the Yeovil fixtures over Christmas.
    December
    Sat 10 15:00 HNotts County FL1
    Sat 17 15:00 ARochdale FL1
    Mon 26 15:00 HCharlton FL1
    Sat 31 15:00 HBournemouth FL1
    January
    Mon 2 19:45 AExeter City FL1
Looking at it from Yeovil's point of view, they are already playing their nearest clubs (Bournemouth, Exeter) on New Years Eve and the Monday NY bank holiday.

What seems to have buggared their holiday fixture list, is both Bristol Rovers and Swindon getting relegated.
Their next nearest clubs were Plymouth Argyle and Southampton - and this coming season they are also each in a different division.

Last season on Boxing Day Sunday, Yeovil were scheduled to be at home to Brentford.

And 48hours later, Xmas Tuesday, were sent to Sheff Wed.
That day Exeter were sent all the way to Carlisle!

The clowns who programme these fixtures certainly have a fecked up sense of humour.

I see Oggy.  And Exeter have to go to Wycombe on Boxing day too.

It's a shame there'll be no CLIT coach to Yeovil, B.

That was a cracking day out you put together that time, the drink up in Heather's pub, etc.
The monsoon was a bit much though.

Crikey ... we even saw Akpo score on his debut.

E-mail from FL advises that Leyton police objected to a Boxing Day fixture v. CAFC!!!

Really Solar?  Did you get this email?  What a bunch of pansies.  Would have been a nice easy fixture for everyone.
