    Daughter that works near London Bridge just sent me a photo of a block of flats on fire. Apparently struck by lightening. Top one third alight it would appear. Nasty.

    and not lightning according to the LFB......
    They are being 'coy' about the source, but look for a chip pan.......
    Fire out within the hour, apparently at the shout within 3 minutes,
    so the poor little train drivers can run there little trains...... through the smoke 8 floors above .......
    How did they ever run trains in the blitz?, probably on time is the answer.
