    I think his operation was deemed unnecessary, therefore it didn't happen.

    He has previously said that there isn't much they can do. It's just that he regularly has discomfort on his patella. Surgery was deemed unnecessary because it could do more harm than good.

    This is what I've heard too.

    BWP really wanted it done over the summer but with the way NHS waiting lists are at the moment it's been postponed till then!

    Will he still be able to play with only one leg though?  More importantly,is it the right or left leg as this may seriously lessen CP's options with BWP down either wing, although if he is to concentrate his play in the centre then I can see him being a real danger hopping into the 18 yard box and finishing with what ever foot he has left...or right....NO left!

    If he was going to have an op I daresay that he would of had it immediately powell accepted that we weren't going up (January?)
