    Im making the trip to Welling on Saturday and it's the first time I have been to the ground since the 80's. Can someone tell me the best place to park and is it advisable to take an 8 year old ?

    Loads of residential roads in the general area Beds & yes, perfectly safe to take an 8 year old although you might want to think about paying a bit extra for seats.

    Parking usually ok near the ground. Never any trouble, with fans happily mixing. Match is usually just a leg stretch really.
