Just wanted to make a formal introduction.  I'm 22, and inherited the mixed fortune of being a Charlton fan from my father, and been going pretty regularly for 15 years now. I have been reading Charlton life for around two years, but only applied for membership recently. I don't claim to massively "be in the know" but I do know a couple of people who work at Charlton quite high up, and I was a member of the 606 on BBC. I did break the story of Matt Fry joining over there as my grandad lives near him. I actually spoke to him a few days ago, and he said he was told by Allardyce that he would be a fringe player this year after we made an enquiry about signing him permanently.

    Yeah i am new as well! I'm 23 and my first game was Charlton Sunderland play off final and i have had a season ticket since...! I hope to talk a load of bull to you guys .... For meany years LOL

    Hey everyone! I just joined yesterday too. I know most on here believe that there we have no fans globally (ala the premiership big 4) but I've been watching Charlton pretty regularly since Curbs' time in the prem. Don't get to see the games on telly any longer since they only show the premiership, but CL and player keep me updated.

    this is my first season on cl as well i started supporting charlton 13 years ago when i listened to the sunderland play off final on the radio it was the first time football got me exited and been a fan ever since and im a northern monkey haha whod of thought it a yorkshire man supporting charlton up the reds cant say its the first time iv been exited in a long while i think where going to win the leauge every year but this season feels a little different to the rest we will be up there come next year

    Winters-Dawn, I'm from New Delhi, India. For those who went regularly last season - what were the attendances like compared to when we were in the prem?
