    My favourites were Dale Stephens and Johnnie Jackson's attempts at some
    'old-skool' breakdancing - maybe Dale could treat the fans to his
    caterpillar when he scores his first competitive goal for the club?

    Very good.  Sounds like a good team bonding few days.  Looking forward to Lepe's got talents highlights tomorrow.

    And i wouldnt mind losing 3 pounds in 45 mins! b'stards.

    Love reading the blog...2 things jump out:

    1 Nice touch by CP to organise a dance off.

    2 Even at League 1 standard, what a bloody nice life these footballers have if they are prepared to be disciplined.

    Not sure if the antics arranged in Spain are the norm for pre season but in any case I think as a team bonding and morale boosting exercise things are going very well. Avoid defeat v Cardiff and I will be chuffed.

    I don't deny that - more that it's interesting that a professional footballer would wear a pair of replica shorts. Interesting.
