Still sore mate, most of the swelling has gone, but wacking a speaker into it this morning did not help :-)0

Ive got some Amazing pain killers indoors that will cure anything. Not illegal by the way. They worked for my knee. ill dig them out if you like?0

got em in the bag. they really are good. i had a bad back at work a few weeks ago (not good in my job) took one of these bad boys with food. In an hour i couldn't feel a thing. Trouble is, your knee might hurt more when they wear off.0

Carlsberg, Disco is loaded up fella I'll be leaving dead on 12.30pm so hopefully will make bottom of Blue bell Hill about 12.50pm although Car is handling like a pig with all the stuff loaded on it.0
