Well done AFKA, and all the others involved in organising the matches and the evening.
I know the games both ended 1-0, although Stanmore was a bit hazy as to who won the first one.
    How did the auction go?

very well. 6 items raised just under £3,000 i believe, and the raffle raised just under £900.

And the Millwall barmaid raised £35 for getting on the mike and saying how much she loves Charlton !!

Well done all! Brilliant. Can't wait the post-match autopsies* tomorrow...

Wow! That should take us over the £20k mark once the Gift Aid is included (although I assume the taxman would smell a rat if we tried to claim Gift Aid on the 3 grand). So, what are the odds on making a presentation with a cardboard cheque on the pitch at the start of next season?

Ah, nothing like a bit of ritual humiliation of our local rivals to raise money for a good cause.

Demelza were overwhelmed and want to arrange something like that for the first game of the season.

Well done to you all by the sounds of it you guys have done the charity a real service, I'm only sorry I couldn't make it down there myself last night

Will there be anywhere that the charity single can be bought, for example the shop once the season has started?

    Well done everyone.

Had a great time. Shame that I had to miss the do in the evening but I would have only spent more money than I could afford in the auction.

How much did the shirts and other stuff go for?
